I am so sad to say that shipping to the EU & Northern Ireland will be on hold indefinitely, due to the new GSPR guidelines. These guidelines, implemented late last year, require all importers to engage a 'responsible person' living in the EU or Northern Ireland to be a point of contact on product safety (among other requirements), and unfortunately I do not ship with enough volume to the EU to warrant such an expense. It's been a headache trying to navigate these new and confusing requirements. Myself and many of my fellow small businesses are hoping revised guidelines will be released, clarifying whether or not small or micro businesses must abide the same rules as massive importers - if and when that happens, I hope to resume shipping to the EU. I am so sorry for any disappointment my wonderful EU customers may feel, this is not a decision I would have made on my own accord.
